Questions

What counts as a published proposal?

The first time a proposal goes from private to shared, counted per team per calendar month. Sharing the same proposal again, marking it Sent, Approved or Rejected, and editing drafts don’t count. Free includes 3 a month; at the limit, proposals that are already online stay online.

What happens to my current plan?

If you’re on Premium, nothing changes: you keep your price (€19.99 a month or €199 a year) and what it includes, with teammates at €2.50 a month, for as long as your subscription runs. Switch to Pro or Team whenever you like; then the new price applies. On Free, everything you made stays.

Pro or Team?

Pro is for one person. Team includes 3 people, roles and permissions, templates you share with the whole team, and time tracking for everyone; each extra person is €12 a month. You can switch between them any time and pay the difference pro rata.

Does it work with Moneybird?

Yes, on Pro and Team. Connect Moneybird in Settings, and after approval Propositio asks whether to put a draft invoice ready there, at once or in monthly instalments. You send it from Moneybird.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Free only needs an account.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from your account. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month or year you paid for, and until then you can keep it after all. Periods you already paid for are not refunded. On Premium, starting again after your plan ends means the current prices.

How do I pay?

Through Stripe Checkout, which shows the payment methods available to you. Have a promotion code? Enter it there.

Do prices include VAT?

No, prices exclude VAT. Checkout adds the VAT for your country, and you can enter your business’s VAT number there.

Does my client pay or need an account?

No. Anyone with the link can read and sign your proposal for free.
