- With AI. Describe who it’s for, what you’ll do, the price and when. The draft appears while it’s written; stop any time and keep what’s there.
- From a template. Your most used templates sit on the New proposal page, one click each.
- From a PDF. Upload up to 40 pages and choose which ones to use.
- Blank. Opens straight in the editor. No name to fill in first.

Ten blocks, one page
- Blocks. Title, Text, Image, Video, Button, Pricing table, Signature, Proposal link, Page break and PDF pages.
- Arrange. Drag by the grip, or use Move up, Move down, Duplicate and Delete. Delete has Undo.
- Saves itself. A few seconds after you stop typing. Undo and redo with ⌘Z and ⇧⌘Z.
- Page width. Standard 770 px, Extended 990 px or Large 1280 px.
- PDF download. From ⋮ in the editor. Your client can download one from the shared page too.

Prices that add up
- Lines and sections. Description, quantity and rate per line, grouped in sections if you like.
- Discount. One per table, as a percentage or a fixed amount.
- Total. Subtotal, discount, VAT and total, worked out for you.
- Defaults. Currency, VAT and hourly rate start from your Settings.
- Budget. A line’s quantity in hours is also its budget in the Time log.

One link, your rules
- Opens as. Document, Slides (split at Page break blocks) or Their choice. Change it any time; the link stays.
- Link expires. Never, or after 7 to 90 days. The default comes from Settings.
- Mark as Sent. Tick it once and copying the link moves the proposal to Sent.
- Stop or reset. Stop sharing makes it private. Reset link turns off every earlier link.
- New link requests. A client with a dead link can ask for a new one. Send new link emails it from your name.

Signing

Signed on the page
- Sign here. Your client clicks Sign here and draws their signature.
- Confirm by email. They get a link that works for 24 hours. The signature counts once they click it.
- Your own field. Tick Signed by me on a field: only you can sign it, while logged in.
- Locked once signed. Content and title can’t change. Edit anyway removes the signatures, and your client signs again.
- Approved when signed. Once every field is signed, a published or sent proposal moves to Approved by itself.

- Board. Drag cards from stage to stage. Hidden clears a card from the board and leaves its status and link alone.

- Only clients count. Opening the link while you or a teammate are signed in is not a view.
- Hide or reset. Hide a proposal from Analytics, or Reset statistics to start its numbers over.

- Timer. Start it on a line. It stays in the corner; Pause, or Stop & log.
- Add hours. Quick buttons for 0.5, 1, 2 and 4 h. Rounded up to your interval; the exact time is kept.
- Budgets. Warns when a line runs low or goes over. It never blocks logging.
- Export. An Excel file for one project or all, by week, month, quarter or your own dates.
- Plans. Free logs time on one project. Pro logs your own hours on every project; on Team, everyone can.

From signed to invoiced
- After approval. Propositio asks whether to create a draft invoice. Signed while you were away? It asks the next time you open Propositio.
- The right client. Matched to your Moneybird contacts by company name or email. Confirm it, pick another or create a new one.
- Every line. The lines from your pricing tables, each with its VAT rate. A discount becomes its own line.
- Instalments. One invoice, or a recurring invoice that puts a draft ready every month, for 2 to 60 months.
- Nothing is sent. Only drafts. You check them and send them from Moneybird.

- Logo. PNG or SVG up to 2 MB. Choose its position, size and whether it shows on every page.
- Colors. Brand color, a color for the second button and the text color.
- Fonts. One for headings, one for body text.
- Defaults. Expiry, currency, hourly rate and VAT for new proposals.
- Propositio branding. Free proposals show “Powered by Propositio”. Pro and Team remove it.

- Save as template. From ⋮ in the editor, with a name and a description. The page width is saved too.
- Use template. Gives you a new proposal; the template stays as it was.
- Yours, your team’s and global. You see your own templates and the global ones. On Team, share one with everyone who works on proposals.

Work together, one brand
- Invite. By email, with a link that works for 7 days. Resend or cancel from the list.
- Roles. Admins change Settings and invite people. Members work on what their switches allow.
- Switches. Proposals to create, edit and send (otherwise view only). Time to log hours.
- Same brand. Everyone’s proposals carry the organization’s brand.
- Shared templates. Share a template with the team; the maker and admins can edit it, everyone with Proposals can use it.
- Cost. The Team plan includes 3 people and time tracking for everyone. Each extra person adds a fixed price.
